Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales planning by providing data-driven demand forecasting, and sales target recommendations.
• Analyze service data to identify common issues, warranty trends, and areas for service quality improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and supply chain teams to optimize inventory and resource allocation.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for senior management to aid decision-making.
• Work with IT and data teams to improve data quality, integration, and governance across CRM, ERP, and service management systems.
• Support advanced analytics projects, including predictive models for sales and service optimization.
• Maintain and update sales-related databases.
• Stay updated on automotive market trends, customer behavior, and analytics best practices.
