Senior Production Buyer

Reports to: Production Purchasing Manager

Division/location: Purchasing Department, Ladkrabang Plant

Job Summary: Responsible for procurement of raw materials, leadership of cost reduction budget and Internal auditor on SCMG process and practice.

Responsibilities:

1.PURCHASING.

• Meet Cost savings performance / material (%) and action plan of Dept and create new saving project to meet department goal & expectation

• Suppliers’ information is up to date and Maintain Dana’s terms and conditions.

• Issue RFQ , follow up quotation, cost breakdown on time and benchmarking support decision.

• Create negotiation strategies internal by using market test or aPriori should cost model and Negotiate with potential supplier to get result on a competitive quotation.

• Lead / plan on sourcing presentation achievement and on timely of Dept.

• Supplier agreement/ PO completion.

• Internal audit plan & actual. No CAR (s) on SCMG process.

• Consolidate support required for VA/VE activities related to the Purchasing team.

• Participate in regional and global strategic sourcing efforts.

• Support plant to follow up supplier claim – SDMR

• Follow up supplier tooling tag package on time

• Coordinate with Material, Engineering, SQD, Plant and Sales to update suppliers’ information.

• Develop, support, and maintain DST’s Quality System ISO/TS16949 and OHSAS18001 and ISO 14001 requirements.

• Others assignment from Purchasing Manager and Country Purchasing Manager

•  Develop, support, and maintain DST’s Quality System ISO,IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 requirements.
•  Participate in company activities i.e. 5S, annual excursion, New Year Party, etc.
