- Develop plans, implement, and maintain the effective Utility operation and Maintenance program,
- Monitor and guide subordinates to improve their skill
- Day to day execute machine utilization to delivery targets with cost, quality, and services
- Manage and review PM Job /Corrective and Breakdown Maintenance
- PM and improve utilities system for good performance such as Electrical system, HVAC, CDA, pure water system, wastewater treatment and cleanroom.(MDB, chiller, cooling tower, air compressor, desiccant air dryer, soft water, RO water, EDI, AHU, OAU and exhaust fan and etc).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of maintenance & engineering in manufacturing process.
- Knowledge in Maintenance System/ SAP
