
PRINCIPLES OF DUTIES
• Drive sales out to achieve target assigned.
• Report sales out, stock and display to management.
• Manage frontline sales forces including PC and PC supervisor.
• Monitor sales per head, per account make action to improve efficiency.
• Working with agency to recruit and fulfill PC.
• Manage and control all PC expense under budget assigned.
• Monitor and control display in term of both quantity and quality.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and set sales out target into system
• Monitor, follow up and drive sales out to achieve target
• Report sales out progress to management and related party
• Analyze sales data, create countermeasure to improve sales
• Enforce new product display and sales-out to meet KPI
• Mutual planning with sales team to select store to fill PC
• Working with agency to fill in PC at targeted store
• Lead, motivate, control and manage PC Supervisors an PCs to drive sales out
• Sharpen PC's product knowledge and selling skill by cooperating with PC trainer and P.M.
• Conduct examination to evaluate PC knowledge, define grouping to customize training for each PC level
• Manage PC budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing profitability
• Cooperate with sales and marketing team to implement activity at store
• Implement product display follow display plan from sales team
• Ensure that our product display having POP follow company's guideline
• Control display quantity and quality to meet company KPI
• Conduct report to evaluate monthly display quantity and quality
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Retail Sales, Modern Trade, or Sales Operations
• Proven track record in managing PC/field sales teams
• Experience in the home appliances or FMCG industry is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of Modern Trade and Traditional Trade retail structures
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs
• Budget planning and cost control experience
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Knowledge of merchandising standards and in-store promotional execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and retail reporting tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
