• Coordinate and communicate between Thai and Japanese employees.
• Support Japanese staff (e.g., booking golf, hotels, restaurants, etc.).
• Handle matters related to visa, work permit, and 90-day reporting.
• Manage and oversee important documents such as visas and work permits for Japanese employees.
• Provide assistance to Japanese executives.
• Translate documents and emails.
• Interpret conversations and meetings.
• Coordinate between management and various departments.
• Other tasks as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-30 years
• Female Gender
• Bachelor's degree in Japanese or other related fields
• At least 2 years of working experience as Admin (Japanese Speaking) or Japanese Interpreter from any manufacturing industry
• Conversational high - business level in Japanese *must have JLPT certificate N3 up
• Conversational daily - middle level in English (Document, Report)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to use Microsoft Office program
• Willing to support coordinator tasks

Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn Industrial Phrase 2 Panthong, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday – Friday Saturday working: 1-2 Sat per month)
