1. Must have experience in end-to-end event management, communications, and cost control. Ability to lead all sales engagement events, activities and motivation campaigns.
2. Demonstrate ability to collaborate with diverse teams, build positive working relationships across departments and effectively communicate with sales team.
3. Insurance / telemarketing background would be an advantage.
4. Knowledge of MS Office tools and familiarity with data analysis to forecast, monitor, and control budget
5. Ability to edit videos, design creative graphics, and decorate venues to suit each event theme. Proficiency in related tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, Capcut or similar design and editing software is preferred
5. Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and explore new technologies such as generative AI to improve efficiency, streamline processes, optimizing resource allocation, control budget, event planning, and event communication
