Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to promote products to international distributors.
• Identify and target new customer segments to support business expansion in key export markets.
• Customer and Distributor Management
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers.
• Monitor distributor performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage customer complaints and provide professional after-sales support.
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Collaborate with R&D, production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of export operations.
• Ensure all product delivery and export documentation align with regulations and company standards.
• Database & Reporting
• Maintain and update the sales and marketing database regularly.
• Provide performance insights, market feedback, and sales data to inform decision-making.
• Promotional Activities
• Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional materials for export markets.
