- Strengthen preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability of utility facility system such as Transformer, Main distribution board, Fire alarm system, Compressed air system, Chilled water system, Pure Water and DI water and Wastewater treatment plant
- Monitor & control maintenance expense for utility system, identify and maintain critical spare part list to avoid unplan break down.
- Collect utility operational data and maintenance history to analyze the cause of downtime. Set up corrective action to prevent unplan break down.
- Improve work instruction/check sheet of utility & facility system to strengthen the overall capability and comply with regulation. Coaching & training maintenance team to improve their skill and able to understand all guidance of utility operation.
- Comply and follow up the policy and standard PIC/S GMP, GDP , ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and a willingness to learn utility management skills.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems; familiarity with Cleanroom systems, CDA system, HVAC system, Fire alarm system is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and safety.
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and a proactive approach to tasks.
