ตำแหน่ง ผู้จัดการอาคาร
1. ควบคุม ดูแลการดำเนินงานด้านบริหารอาคาร ตามมาตรฐานและกฏหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. ควบคุม ดูแลพนักงานประจำ และพนักงานชั่วคราว (Outsource) ตามเงื่อนไขสัญญาผู้ว่าจ้าง
3. ดูแล ปรับปรุง และวางแผน ในการพัฒนาด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายในอาคารที่ดี
4. ดำเนินงานจัดจ้างจัดซื้อ และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. เตรียมการประชุม และดำเนินการประชุมประจำปี ให้สำเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดี
ตำแหน่ง ผู้จัดการอาคาร
1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ ,การจัดการ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีความรู้ และประสบการณ์ ด้านบริหารนิติบุคคล อาคารชุด
3. มีความรู้ด้านโปรแกรม Word ,Excel ,Power point เป็นอย่างดี
4. มีความรับผิดชอบ ความอดทนสูง แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
5. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีใจรักในงานบริการลูกค้า
