Responsibilities• Manage & control to implements a program to ensure that all Utility Systems and Equipment operate effectively and efficiently.• Utility Systems and Equipment are inspected tested, and maintained.• Manage manpower and resources to provide services effectively and efficiently.• Monitoring and report of utility consumptions, system and equipment condition, breakdowns, maintenance cost, and staffs performance.• Management of spare parts inventories.• To develop maintenance methods, technique, technology and documentation (Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance).• Lead the Facility teams to do the preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure day to day operation of the plant is running smoothly.• Plan and manage the capital budget to support business strategies for both short term and long term.• Ensure timely add completion of expansion project, energy saving project.
Requirements• Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or relevant areas.
• Minimum work experience of 15 years and with managerial working experience at least 5 -7 years.
• Experience in facilities management of large-sized manufacturing sites.
• Demonstrate potential to analyze and implement industrial engineering techniques.
• Good command of English
• Work at Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya. Or Ladkrabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
