Responsibilities

Selling event spaces and services at convention and event space.
⁠Identify and target potential clients for selling space.
Actively seek new business through outreach, cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Present and promote the venue to prospective clients, highlighting its features, services, and unique selling points.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure bookings.
Ensure smooth operations during events and conventions.
Assist with event setup and takedown.
Ensure that all equipment and resources are available and functioning for events (audio-visual equipment, furniture, signage, etc.).
Handle all stakeholders concerns or complaints, ensuring a positive experience.
Serve as the point of contact for event organizers and vendors during the event.
Coordinate transportation and parking for event attendees and VIPs.
Work with other departments (security, catering, housekeeping) to ensure smooth operations during events.

Requirements

⁠Age 24-35 years
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MICE Business, Business Administration or related field
At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing Event or Convention & Exhibition Hall Business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Communicate well in English
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Customer service experience, especially in hospitality or event management.
Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems effectively.
Knowledge of the specific needs of convention or conference attendees.
Has Computer Skill, MS Office ,etc.
