Showroom Manager (Thonglor)
Pen K Inter Trading Co., Ltd.- Greet and welcome customers, executives' guests, and internal staff visiting the showroom.
- Provide product information, demonstrate usage, guide on installations, and accept repair requests.
- Coordinate via phone, email, and online platforms such as Facebook.
- Assist in showroom activities including staff training sessions, cooking classes, and internal meetings.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as processing purchase orders, repair forms, payment receipts, and depositing daily cash to the bank.
- Regularly inspect products and ensure water, electricity, gas systems, and showroom equipment are well-maintained and fully operational.
- Liaise with building management and related departments for facility coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Aged 30–40 years.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a team leader or showroom manager position.
- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
- Knowledge of food, baking, and kitchen appliances is a plus.
- Service-minded, with excellent communication and motivational skills.
