• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or Infrastructure (experience in industrial plants is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of networks, Windows OS, printers, and common software.
• Familiar with AD, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, and IP addressing (preferred).
• IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) and new site setup experience are advantages.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a service-minded, team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in new site setup projects or having IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) is a plus.
• Strong problem analysis and troubleshooting abilities.
• Service-minded and able to work effectively as part of a team.
