CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design scalable architecture for banking call center solution
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, GDPR, and banking regulations
• Be a part to lead integration with core banking systems and CRMs
• Develop technical specifications for IVR, omnichannel features
• Evaluate and recommend third-party solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
• 7+ years software architecture experience
• 3+ years in call center/contact center solutions
• Expertise in AWS/Azure, APIs, WebRTC, SIP
• Banking systems knowledge (core banking, payments)
• Security frameworks (encryption, OAuth)
• Banking/financial services experience
• Call center technology knowledge
• Fluent in English or Chinese
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• AWS/Azure Solutions Architect certified
• TOGAF or CISSP certification
• AI/ML implementation experience
