

• Handle the sending of documents and parcels both domestically and internationally.
• Arrange and monitor employee shuttle services and ensure smooth transportation scheduling.
• Record and process employee medical reimbursement claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise and monitoring canteen services to maintain hygiene standards, food quality, and employee satisfaction.
• Organize and support internal company activities.
• Assist with general administrative duties and support other departments as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in general affairs or administrative work (New graduates are welcome).
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Having a service-minded attitude and problem-solving ability.
