Job Purpose:
To support the sales team and service engineers by managing customer inquiries, coordinating quotations and documentation, and ensuring efficient service scheduling and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication & Support
o Handle incoming sales and service inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
o Act as the first point of contact for Thai customers, providing prompt and professional responses.
2. Quotation & Documentation
o Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with the sales team.
o Process and track Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices.
o Maintain proper documentation for each transaction.
3. Service Coordination
o Liaise with customers and Service Engineers to plan and schedule service jobs.
o Track service progress and update relevant parties on job status.
o Ensure engineers have the necessary tools, parts, and documentation.
4. Office & Call Management
o Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and ensure all queries are followed up.
o Support administrative tasks related to office operations in Thailand.
5. Business Trips
o Willingness to travel to HQ (Malaysia) & attend business trips if required.
