Payment Officer (PTT Group)
Business Professional Solutions Recruitment Co.,Ltd.- 1) ดำเนินการจัดเตรียมเอกสารและหลักฐานประกอบการจ่ายเงิน ให้ถูกต้องตามระเบียบบริษัทและนโยบายด้านการเงิน
- 2) ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบขออนุมัติ และใบสำคัญจ่าย ก่อนดำเนินการจ่ายเงินให้แก่คู่ค้า หรือหน่วยงานภายใน
- 3) จัดทำรายการจ่ายเงินผ่านระบบธนาคาร (E-payment / Internet Banking) หรือเช็ค พร้อมจัดเก็บหลักฐานการจ่ายเงินให้ครบถ้วน
- 4) ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อและบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ เพื่อให้การจ่ายเงินเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขเครดิตและกำหนดชำระ
- 5) จัดเก็บข้อมูลเอกสารจ่ายเงิน ตามระบบการจัดเก็บของบริษัท เพื่อรองรับการตรวจสอบภายในและภายนอก
- 6) ตรวจสอบภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจ่ายเงิน เช่น ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (WHT) และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) ว่าถูกต้องตามกฎหมายก่อนดำเนินการจ่าย
- 7) ควบคุมการจัดทำ Bank Reconciliation ร่วมกับทีมบัญชีให้มีการบันทึกรายการให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- 1) จบปริญญาตรี ด้านการเงิน / การบัญชี
- 2) ประสบการณ์ 0-5 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- 3) มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารทั้งภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ ทั้งการอ่าน พูด เขียน ได้อย่างเข้าใจได้
- 4) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel
**สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ ลาดพร้าว 94 ในช่วงแรก หลังจากนั้นประจำอาคารรุ่งโรจน์ ใกล้ MRT พระราม 9 เป็นบริษัทในกลุ่ม ปตท.**
