Engineering Planning & Maintenance - Develop and oversee preventive maintenance plans for building systems.
- Plan repairs and upgrades for engineering infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, and fire safety systems.
Team Management & Supervision
- Manage technical staff, engineers, and maintenance personnel.
- Monitor and inspect engineering and maintenance work to ensure quality and safety standards.
Budget Management
- Prepare annual budgets for engineering operations and capital improvements.
- Monitor expenses and control costs in line with approved budgets.
System Evaluation & Reporting
- Regularly assess the condition of building systems and utilities.
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance summaries for juristic committees or property management executives.
Coordination & Technical Consultation
- Liaise with the juristic manager, committee members, contractors, and external service providers.
- Provide engineering advice and propose technical improvements to enhance building efficiency.
Safety & Compliance Control
- Ensure all engineering systems comply with local laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Implement procedures to enhance operational safety and reduce risk.
