Employee Relations & Workplace Support- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Support a positive work culture through proactive engagement and feedback mechanisms.
Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Advise employees and managers on disciplinary procedures, code of conduct, and grievance handling.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Conflict Resolution & Disciplinary Actions
- Conduct disciplinary hearings, investigations, and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Document incidents, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of ER cases.
Engagement & Communication
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
- Promote open communication channels between employees and leadership.
- Coordinate employee feedback sessions and follow up on action plans.
Training & Awareness
- Coordinate with the Academy Team to facilitate training sessions on workplace ethics, harassment prevention, and conflict management.
- Support onboarding sessions by explaining employee rights and workplace expectations.
