- Develops and implements HR strategies aligned with organizational culture and structure.
- Represents HR in the Business Unit Management Team, shaping and executing HR policies.
- Advises management on employee engagement, organizational design, and change initiatives.
- Serves as the primary contact for HR legislation, policies, and process-related queries.
- Ensures compliance with local HR regulations and flags non-compliance risks.
- Drives cultural transformation initiatives in collaboration with regional and plant leadership.
- Supports a positive industrial relations climate and conflict resolution efforts on the shop floor.
- Conducts employee surveys and implements engagement improvement plans.
- Manages recruitment and onboarding in line with central HR guidelines.
- Facilitates talent reviews, performance coaching, and team development.
- Identifies employee development needs and defines career and succession plans.
- Ensures HR operations align with manufacturing standards and requirements e.g. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), Quality Standards, Continuous Improvement etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in project and stakeholder management preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR tools and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English proficiency, with excellent reading writing listening and speaking abilities.
- Prior experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is preferred.
