• 30+ years, male or female
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management in modern trade, chain drugstore or OTC drugstore channel or involving in new product development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare industry.
• Pharmacist is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Team working, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in managing successful new product launches or brand initiatives.
• Proficient in market research methodologies and data analysis tools.
