Responsible for the operation of inventory planning according to supply plan.
Fully support on inventory management and coordinate with commercial team, factory and warehouse.
- Review daily stock and follow up transfer to avoid out of stock issues.
- Quick respond to who concern on any information of inventory that impact to sale.
- Create stock allocation into a system for both finish good and premium and prepare a report of stock reserving by daily and summary by month.
- Coordinate with distributor to issue PO inbound for stock receiving. Follow up and solve operation problem related to inventory management. (QC holding, Delay on transfer plan, Co-packing, document and others)
- Control stock aging and report to commercial team to minimize discard.
- Create and maintain material master into a system, monitor premium stocks movement and provide a report with action plan to control premium stocks at distributor.
- Female, age not over 30 years
- New graduated are welcome
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
