- มีความรับผิดชอบในการบริหารจัดการแผรกผักและผลไม้เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของยอดขายและกำไร ควบคุมสต็อค คลังสินค้า ลดยอดสูญเสียและค่าใช้จ่ายดำเนินงาน รักษามาตราฐานและพัฒนาปรับปรุงในส่วนของรูปแบบการโชว์สต็อคสินค้า
- ดำเนินการร่วมกับพนักงานตรวจรับสินค้า (F&V) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผู้ผลิตสินค้าได้ทำการส่งมอบสินค้าตรงตามเวลา คุณภาพเหมาะสม อุณภูมิที่ถูกต้อง และได้มาตราฐานตามที่ได้กำหนดไว้ รวมทั้งความสะอาดผู้ผลิต , การขนส่งและการบรรจุหีบห่อ
- ทำงานร่วมกับผู้จัดการแผนกอาหารสดในการจัดแผนผัง/การจัดวางสินค้า/การจัดการพื้นที่ภายในห้าง (การวางแผนตามฤดูกาล)
- ควบคุมและดูแลการสูญเสียสินค้าโดยการให้คำแนะนำกับพนักงานในแผนกถึงวิธีการที่ถูกต้องในการดุแลสินค้า และแนะนำกลยุทธ์ต่างๆอันได้แก้การปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบของสินค้า หรือ การลดราคาสินค้าลง ภายใต้การอนุมัติของผู้จัดการแผนกอาหารสด
- หากมีประสบการณ์ตรงยินดีรับพิจารณากรณีไม่ใช้วุฒิ ป. ตรีเข้าสมัคร
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในด้าน Fresh Food ในสายงานห้างสรรพสินค้า หรือธุรกิจร้านอาหาร โรงงานผลิตอาหาร หรือธุรกิจ
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน / สัปดาห์และสามารถเข้าปฏิบัติงานกะได้
