1. Can speak English, can communicate in English, read English documents, and compile English materials;
2. Have more than 5-10 years of working experience as a Quality Assurance (QA);
3. Proficiency in Micosoft office software applications (including Word, Excel, PPT, etc.);
4. Familiar with CAD software application;
5. Have ability to manage and lead teams;
6. Bachelor degree or above in construction engineering, civil engineering and other related engineering majors;
7. Have rich on-site construction experience.
Work content:
1. Coordinate the business work and information communication between this department and other departments;
2. Coordinate internal resources for various departments and third party vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
3. Keep current projects and processes on track with a clear focus on determined deliverables;
4. Support project planning: Create Project Charters, Project Plans and define roles & responsibilities of stakeholders in each project;
5. Provide hands-on project management managing project timeline and scope to ensure project deliverables stay on-time, on-target and on-budget;
6. Identify Risks, Issues, and dependencies and determine mitigation strategy;
7. Ensure project goals and objectives are achieved within project timeframes & budget.
