Job Responsibilities
1. Customer Development
- Directly develop local businesses/brands in Thailand (focus: high-end hotels, specialty restaurants, SPAs, scenic spots, duty-free shops and other high-frequency consumption scenarios for Chinese tourists)
- In-depth analysis of customer pain points, and provide "Chinese tourists diversion + brand digital marketing" solutions
2. Marketing plan implementation
- Link up with the Chinese and Thai operation teams to design a combination strategy of expert store visits/short video marketing
- Monitor project ROI (core indicators such as exposure, diversion conversion rate, and increase in average customer spending)
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term cooperative relationships and optimize secondary marketing strategies based on consumer big data
4. Market Insight
- Monitor the popularity trend of Thailand-related content on platforms such as Douyin/Xiaohongshu, provide relevant information to the content and operation teams, and help the Chinese team understand the Thai market.
