1. Ability to manage overall project completion (new outlet) on time.
2. Ability to manage new, revamp & ad hoc fit-out projects (additional VO) simultaneously.
3. Ability to manage maintenance issues after renovation works from time to time.
4. Organize work effectively and efferently to ensure timely completion of projects.
5. Ensure all instruction / guidelines are being followed as per the Design and CI Manual
6. To coordinate with Internal Team, contractor on site handover with acceptable standard & provision required.
7. Conduct project inspection, meeting with contractor, landlord, management, safety officer (if necessary)
8. To manage and follow up on work permit application approval for internal team and contractor.
9. To understand drawings and site condition and able to make decision in fast manner.
10. Submit fit-out weekly report and compliance to our Company KPI.
11. Obtains and analyses all necessary resources before design input, including site survey/ measurement and design schedule.
12. Oversees the construction phase of the development process. Prepares possession of tenant spaces according to company guidelines.
13. Monitors general contractor and vendor performance during construction built-out phase through site visits and report review to verify that all works are done in accordance with approved submission and compliance with regulations.
14. Maintains established construction schedules to allow store to open on time.
15. Coordination between internal stakeholder (BD, Project Consultant & M&E) to ensure all necessary landlord provisions and tenant’s requests and issues are resolved.
16. Conduct and perform inspection with main contractor upon completion of each project prior to business commencements.
17. Perform any other special project/ task assigned by superior/ management.
