1. Analyze the overall production process to identify bottleneck areas and low-yield production points to find causes and solutions.
2. Summarize key information for management-level meetings and serve as a representative to track progress through meeting reports across all channels.
3.Manage contracts and related benefits for the BU Head, along with efficiently managing budgets in the relevant areas.
4.Promote knowledge among employees to raise awareness so they can identify normal and abnormal machine conditions using sensory perceptions like sight, hearing, touch, and smell. Upon detecting abnormalities, machines must be repaired and restored to normal operation for safe work practices.
5.Machine operators should have basic maintenance skills.
Organize activities for managers to engage in on-site work, listen to employee concerns, improve production processes for efficiency, and adjust the work environment to ensure safety.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- New graduated are welcome. Working experience in a related field is an advantage.
