- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts to ensure ongoing business opportunities and client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and pursue new client accounts to expand market reach
- Present and promote products/services to clients using effective sales strategies and in-depth product knowledge.
- Consistently meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and deliver results within the specified timeline
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure maximum client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and submit assigned reports such as sales reports, sales planning, and client data reports in a timely manner.Coordinate with Headquarter
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunication, or computer science-related
- At least 2 years’ presales experience in CCTV/enterprise network-related industry, have experience in leading large projects
- Good communication skills and sense of customer focus
- Fluent in English
- Able to travel to upcountry area
Working Office: Hikvision Head Office
Working time: Mon - Fri 09.00 - 18.00
