Manage daily accounting operations, including petty cash, cheques, billing, A/R, and A/P using ERP and QuickBooks.Handle monthly and year-end financial closing, including reconciliation and trial balance preparation.
Prepare and verify tax reports (VAT, Withholding Tax) and submit to the Revenue Department.
Generate key financial reports such as sales, purchases, collection due, and account balances.
Oversee company assets and inventory stock control.
Support international payments and vendor billing processes.
Prepare presentations and financial summaries for management.
Coordinate and provide documentation to support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support both Ekkamai and Sriracha branch operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting.
Age between 28 - 38 years old.
Experience in Accounting over 5-7 years.
Strong knowledge of Accounting, Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong Leadership, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Accounting Organizational Skills.
Ability to work under pressure, Honesty in work, Computer literate.
