• Proven success in business development or sales, preferably within the flooring, building materials, or related industries.
• Experience working with multinational corporations (MNCs).
• Deep understanding of the Thailand and Vietnam markets and customer dynamics (expatriates with proven market knowledge are welcome; local packages are negotiable).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Thai or Vietnamese is a significant advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to undertake both local and international business trips as required.
• Possesses a strong network and flexibility to support business development objectives in Thailand and Vietnam.
