Responsibilities :
• Install, configure, maintain network services, software, server, equipment and devices
• Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations, PABX and associated Systems
• Manages all system back-up and restore protocol
• Plans and supports network and computing infrastructure
• Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam
• Oversee software and network security
• Handle day-to-day issues (requests, complaints, etc).
• Respond to incidents in a timely manner by managing the incidents/problem reports
• Keep track of equipment, devices, hardware and software inventory by reporting on all hardware and software movements, acquisition of new hardware and software and coordination of asset maintenance and repairs
• Provide hardware and software training to users
