We are currently seeking a Senior Producer to join our leadership team—someone who can take full ownership of complex, large-scale productions and drive projects from briefing to final delivery with clarity, control, and confidence. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and operational precision.
As Senior Producer, you will oversee all phases of production—from budgeting and scheduling to supervising crews, coordinating departments, managing client relationships, and ensuring technical and financial control. You will serve as the key link between directors, designers, department heads, international production teams, and clients—both local and global.
What You’ll Do:
- All services customarily rendered by the Producer of a large-scale Film and TVC productions.
- Attend all meetings and presentations at such times and places as Executive/Line Producer may designate.
- Conferring with the Director, International Production, and Production House clients.
- Provide critical notes (if any) to the Department Heads, Production Supervisor, Designers, Art Directors, etc.
- Putting together a pitching deck with locations references, key crew, etc.
- Along Executive/Line Producer’s direction create budget.
- Ensuring that the agreed production budgets are adhered to and that technical overtime is carefully regulated.
- Overseeing handling of the physical production and various production related documentations.
- Instructing the cast and crew in the application, operation, and maintenance of all elements of the physical production.
- Obtain quotes from various vendors.
- Provide detailed pre-production and running budgets with a schedule of and costings Provide regular updates detailing any savings or potential overspends.
- Prepare production schedules and ensure that the right working conditions are created.
- Organize production meetings and co-ordinate the various elements involved in creating a production schedule.
- Ensure the Production complies with safety regulations.
- As required and with the approval of the Executive Producer/Line producer recruit freelance crew/staff.
