Key Responsibilities:
- Drive research and development initiatives to support new product and process innovations.
- Benchmark industry best practices and collaborate with global teams to localize technical solutions.
- Develop and standardize product specifications and work instructions for new processes.
- Analyze existing products and processes to identify root causes and introduce improvements through new technologies.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects focused on product and process enhancement.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemical or Materials Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in R&D, process engineering, or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or Materials Science/Engineering is a plus.
- Proven ability in research, technical analysis, and process development.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
