ResponsibilitiesDeliver personalized, high-touch service to residents and guests at a private pool villa.
Manage day-to-day operations of the household, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and ready at all times.
Coordinate with chefs, housekeeping staff, drivers, and external service providers.
Assist with packing/unpacking, wardrobe management, and personal errands.
Handle travel arrangements, reservations, and guest scheduling.
Maintain utmost discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private household service, or high-end hotel operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English.
Well-groomed, discreet, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with integrity.
Willingness to live or commute to Hua Hin.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when required.
