

Chief of Planning and Sales Admin shall control and coordinate among sales team, and / or cross Division to proceed operation to comply with company direction. Having ability to identify issues, recommend initial solutions to team. Skills include quick problems solving, good organizing, managing, communication and Customer oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
• Verify and check team weekly and monthly reports to the Manager.
• Control team and own tasks in cooperation with other units to reach the established performance targets.
• Report problem to Manager in case there is any mistake or issue that require manager decision
• Control data of privilege control for Division
• Monitor contract associate working
• Monitor RPA performance in daily operation
• Maintain OCR operation in daily operation
• Be a window person for DX operation
• Initially investigate and analyze problem in case associate find problem
• Filter problem before consulting with IT Division
• Perform other assignments from Manager
