-Take the lead in the product management for NPD for in-charged categories (both SGBU regional & Thai domestic)
-Take the lead in the product management for spec change for in-charged categories. (both SGBU regional & Thai domestic)
-Independently manage the whole process of multiple NPD/renewal products (full process from idea generation/negotiation until delivery) with agility.
- Proactively take the lead of discussion/negotiation with various stakeholders on key phases (e.g. Overseas Sales Office, Our factory in Chonburi, Regional HQ, etc.).
- With accuracy, analyze the information in big picture as well as in details and indicate project's direction with the rationale.
- Responsible for successful delivery on time by tracking the whole operational process closely working internally and externally.
- Propose, discuss, or negotiate with multiple customers globally with rationale about NPD/renewals.
- Responsible for cost simulation with financial rationale from factory management standpoint as well as from market trend standpoint.
- Conduct market research on potential products throughout from planning, market analysis, cost & pricing analysis, until the outcome delivery.
- Other ad-hoc assigned by manager including admin work.
- Coaching for junior member and play as key members for the team's capability enhancement.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience,
- Fluent in English (TOEIC 600 or relevant level).
- Passionate to maximize the performance with discipline.
- In-touch communication with various stakeholders internally and externally via FTF, online-meeting, or calls, etc.
- Strong leadership with time management mind set and accuracy.
- Able to handle multi-tasks, analyze information with priority.
- Proactive, independent, in-touch, grit (go-through mind), flexible, attainable, attentive.
- Knowledgeable of Marketing (Product Planning or Advertisement, communication strategy development) will be a plus.

Work location : BKK office (2 Minutes walk from BTS PhromPhong)
*Every Tuesday at Chonburi factory (Commuting from BKK by company car)
Working time : Monday - Friday ( 8.00-17.00 hrs.)
