Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Perform with all sale activities and ensure to drive sale to achieve with sale target
2.Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3.Undertake shop administration duties such as managing budgets and updating financial reports.
4.Ensure that all sales and marketing strategies and executions are implemented in time and properly.
5.Follow up plan of monthly check stock as correctly and on time as per channels
6.Performed the daily operations of the shop, operational and organizational standards of the shop as well as good take care customers
7.Urgent Order Management: receive, prioritize, and process urgent VVIP orders with immediate action.
8.Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments (e.g., logistics, production, sales, finance, executive assistant) to ensure swift fulfillment.
9.Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks or delays in the order fulfillment process.
10.Maintain real-time tracking and provide continuous updates on the status of urgent orders until completion.
11.Prepare daily sale report weekly sale and submit monthly sale report to accountant. Report with sale performance to sales and marketing team lead
•At least 2 years’ experience in position or more.
• Background in Sale and Marketing of Retail shop, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Closing sale skills, ability in negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to do client relationships
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekend if needed.
• Service mind and good mindset needed.
• Energetic, commitment and goal achievement are a must.
• Being proactive.
