- ควบคุมดูแลร้านค้าให้สะอาดเรียบร้อยและถูกสุขอนามัยเสมอ
- บริหารจัดการพนักงานบริการ รวมถึงพนักงานพาร์ทไทม์
- แก้ไขปัญหาและสถานการณ์หน้าร้าน
- อบรมและพัฒนาพนักงานให้มีศักยภาพในการทำงานที่ดี รวมถึงการประเมินทดลองงานและผลการปฎิบัติงานของพนักงานบริการ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบริหารและส่วนกลาง
- อายุ 25 - 40 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจร้านอาหาร หรือบริการ ไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในระดับผู้จัดการ/ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการไม่ต่ำกว่า 2
- มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์
- มีทักษะในการต่อรอง ประสานงาน และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีความสนใจหรือชื่อชอบในอาหาร
-สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ หรือภาษาจีนได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากสามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
