• Coordinate and maintain good relationship with customers and marketing team about customer claim and negotiate with
dealers and car makers for supporting customer claim. And update monthly customer claim report (Problem and
Improvement)
• Providing mailing and handling the maintenance service report to all customers and follow up with customers to bring
the Leased car to service center on time. And update monthly customer follow up report (Leased car to service center on
time)
• Follow up with customers satisfaction after new car delivery, maintenance service case, accident case and other service by
using service performance evaluation form. And update monthly service performance evaluation report (Overall
satisfaction lever and customer comment)
• Coordinate with dealers and car makers for supporting safety driving training and new product introduction training
courses & consultancy to customers (Reducing the number of accident and repair).Report to the Management on
statistical data (customer claim report, customer follow up report, service performance evaluation report)
• Male/Female Age 30 - 45 years
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in leased car, new car delivery, maintenance service, support marketing section
• Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills
• Has a service mind
• Has the ability to think and resolve issues well
