Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and control Purchasing Team while optimize purchasing activities and processes in order to support key business objectives

• Coordinate with internal teams in handling daily purchasing activities & inventory control

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies, establish and enhance supplier relationships & supplier initiatives to meet or exceed product quality, service & deliver sustainable and reasonable cost, while reducing or mitigating risk in the Supply Chain

• Find the alternative sources of materials in order to secure supplyability and to have cost competitiveness

• Prepare material cost forecast and conduct Budget planning and Control

• Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Thai nationality, Female, 40+ years old

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration

• Be proficient in English language (both oral and writing)

• Have working experience at least 5 years about Purchasing in any Chemical manufacturing industry

• Have management experience at least 3 years as Purchasing Manager in any Chemical manufacturing industry

• In-depth knowledge of inventory and Supply Chain management

• In-depth knowledge of Import & Export regulations, Customs privilege and other related matters

• Have experience and Knowledge in Global sourcing and procurement strategies, tactics, processes, procedures, and systems

• Advanced interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written)

• Be adaptable, creative, collaborative and able to think strategically

• Ability to lead in the face of complexity in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment

• Able to work under pressure, take initiative and manage and prioritize work independently
