· Oversee production of marketing materials brochures, videos, digital assets and showroom collateral.
· Track campaign performance, analyze customer behavior and adjust tactics to optimize ROI and lead quality.
· Coordinate closely with the sales team to drive awareness, generate qualified leads and convert prospects into closed transactions, meeting or exceeding targets.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with high net worth clients and potential buyers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
· Collaborate with photographers, videographers, copywriters and design teams to create compelling property listings that highlight the luxury features of each home.
· Ensure all communications online and offline maintain the tone, quality and exclusivity of a luxury brand.
· Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to inform positioning, pricing and promotional strategies.
· Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our luxury properties.
· Support planning and execution of launch events, private previews, open houses and brand activations to showcase projects and strengthen brand visibility.
· Organize and attend luxury real estate events to network with potential clients.
· Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance, lead generation and sales progress to senior management.
· Maintain and enhance the overall brand image of each project as a leader in luxury real estate.
