1. ดำเนินการและประสานงานระหว่างแผนก CRM & WAH เกี่ยวกับงานรับเข้า, จัดเก็บ, จัดออเดอร์ , จัดส่งและอื่นๆสำหรับลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เป็นไปตาม KPI ที่กำหนดของลูกค้าแต่ละราย
2. ดูแลเรื่องการอัพเดทสต็อก งานรับเข้า จ่ายออกในโปรแกรม WMS
3. ดูแลประสานงานและตรวจสอบ Location ของสินค้าลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ให้สินค้าจริงที่จัดเก็บตรงกับ Location ในระบบ
4. ดำเนินการ Location Audit และสรุปผล
5. สรุปและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในการปฏิบัติงาน และนำเสนอรูปแบบและแนวทางแก้ไข
6. ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
1. การศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขา Logistics หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. อายุระหว่าง 22-30 ปี
3. ประสบการณ์ด้าน Inventory จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการทำงานได้ดี
6. สามารถใช้ Excel, Power BI ได้ดี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

มีความท้าทายในเรื่องงานมีการสอนที่ดี พนักงานใหม่จะมีการอบรมงานในส่วนงานที่ได้รับผิดชอบ ชัดเจน เช่นพนักงาน Softline ก็จะได้รับการอบรมในส่วนของ Basic Apparel ให้ พนักงานใหม่ทุกคนได้รู้ว่าใน 1 วันตั้งแต่เข้างานจนถึงเวลากลับบ้านเขาต้องทำอะไรบ้าง ทำให้งานเป็นระบบของตัวเองโดยอัตโนมัติ และมีหัวหน้าคอยนำทีมเพื่อความสำเร็จอีกที
