Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with existing clients to maintain and to increase AUM size

• Acquire new clients to expand customer base and business volume, focusing on business of HNW foreigner segment.

• Identify client’s problems and needs and provide effective financial advisory to both existing and new clients

• Offer LHB’s financial products that add value to client’s current investment

• Work closely with Product Team and Marketing to gain more information about latest products and packages

• Deliver superior services following service standard to client needs to maximize customer’s satisfaction in order to build and retain new and existing clients

• Update monthly activity report to supervisor

• Complete other duties which was assigned by supervisor

Requirements

คุณสมบัติ

- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา

- มีประสบการณ์งานบริการลูกค้าหรืองานขายในธนาคารอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป

- มีใบอนุญาตตัวแทนประกันชีวิตครบทุกประเภท (นว.และ นช.) และมีใบอนุญาตผู้ติดต่อผู้ลงทุน (Single License)

- มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุนด้านหลักทรัพย์ (IC License) หรือ Single License

- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ธนาคาร ความรู้ในเชิงธุรกิจ และการตลาด

- สื่อสารภาษาจีนได้

- บุคลิกภาพดี สื่อสารคล่องแคล่ว
