1. ดูแลและควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิตของแต่ละเดือน รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์สาเหตุ และเสนอแนวทางการป้องกันแก้ไข หากไม่ได้ตามแผนที่กำหนด
2. ร่วมวางแผนการผลิตยาทุกขั้นตอนให้ถูกต้อง และมีประสิทธิผล รวมทั้งประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
3. ร่วมวางแผนและจัดทำ Validation ของกระบวนการผลิต เครื่องมือ พนักงาน
4. การบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคลภายในส่วนงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
5. ตรวจสอบและรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานที่ผลิตให้อยู่ในสภาพเรียบร้อยพร้อมใช้งาน
6. ตรวจสอบสภาพ ความเรียบร้อยของเครื่องจักร, อุปกรณ์ให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมสำหรับการปฏิบัติงานตลอดเวลา
7. ศึกษา ค้นคว้า ปรับปรุง กระบวนการผลิตให้มีคุณภาพ และประสิทธิภาพดีขึ้น
8. จัดทำ ทบทวน เอกสารมาตรฐานวิธีปฏิบัติงาน (SOP) ในแผนก
9. ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่นๆ เช่น ฝ่ายวิศวกรรม, ฝ่าย QC ,ฝ่าย QA , ฝ่าย Logistics, ฝ่าย Planning , ฝ่าย HR เป็นต้น
10. พิจารณา เสนอแก้ไขปรับปรุงงานในแผนก ต่อหัวหน้างาน และร่วมในการปฏิบัติตามระบบคุณภาพของบริษัท
1. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญาตรี Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical) หรือ Science (Food, Micro/Bio)
2. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 0 - 2 ปี
3. กล้าแสดงความคิดเห็น
4. มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ที่ดี
5. มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษดี
6. ปฏิบัติงานดี อยู่ในระเบียบวินัย
7. สุขภาพแข็งแรงไม่แพ้ยากลุ่ม Penicillins, Cephalosporins และ Beta-lactam
8. มีทักษะการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์
