หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities):
- ดูแลและควบคุมกระบวนการจ่ายเงินเดือน ค่าล่วงเวลา ค่าเบี้ยเลี้ยง และสิทธิประโยชน์อื่น ๆ ให้ถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการเข้างาน การลางาน และข้อมูลจากระบบ Time Attendance ก่อนนำไปใช้ในการประมวลผลเงินเดือน
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Finance, Accounting, และ IT เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานด้าน Payroll เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- จัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ภาษีประจำเดือน, ประกันสังคม, กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ และรายงานภายในอื่น ๆ
- ดูแลการจัดการข้อมูลพนักงาน (Employee Master Data) ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ดูแลการจัดการข้อมูลพนักงาน (Employee Master Data) ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ติดตามกฎหมายแรงงานและข้อกำหนดด้านภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับค่าตอบแทน เพื่อให้บริษัทปฏิบัติตามอย่างถูกต้อง
- สนับสนุนงาน Compensation & Benefits อื่น ๆ เช่น การปรับเงินเดือนประจำปี, โบนัส, การสำรวจโครงสร้างเงินเดือน และสิทธิประโยชน์อื่น ๆ
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications):
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Compensation & Benefits โดยเฉพาะในสายงาน Payroll อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน ภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา ประกันสังคม และกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและกำหนดเวลาได้ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel และระบบ Payroll Software ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานโปรแกรม TigerSoft หรือ SAP SuccessFactors จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการสื่อสารที่ดี ทั้งด้านการพูดและการเขียน
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับพอใช้ หรือสื่อสารได้
