Talent Acquisition & Onboarding –Plan and manage the recruitment process (Onboarding & Talent Acquisition) and directly execute hiring for selected positions to secure the right talent in line with the workforce plan.
Compensation & Benefits / Payroll – Oversee C&B structures and payroll accuracy in compliance with Thai Labor Law and company policies.
Performance Management – Drive goal-setting, KPI/OKR tracking, and appraisal cycles.
Training & Development – Design and implement learning roadmaps (classroom, e-Learning, coaching) to upskill employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement – Foster a positive culture through ER issue handling and engagement initiatives.
Policy & Compliance – Review and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures in line with regulations and business direction.
HR Analytics & Reporting – Analyze people data and deliver actionable dashboards and executive reports.
Business Partnering – Advise line managers on labor relations, disciplinary cases, and team management.
External Liaison – Coordinate with Social Security Office, Department of Skill Development, and other relevant authorities.
Ad-hoc Projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, Psychology, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of all-round HR experience with 2 years in a supervisory or assistant-manager role.
Solid knowledge of Thai Labor Law and Social Security regulations.
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Google Sheets and Excel
Strong analytical abilities using Excel and/or HRIS platforms
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
Good command of English (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent).
Demonstrated leadership, growth mindset, and change-management capability.
Experience with HR technology implementation, HR analytics, or culture-transformation projects.
