1. Monitor and follow up on raw material deliveries to ensure timely arrival and resolve any arising issues.
2. Prepare inventory reports for raw materials.
3. Execute the procurement of raw materials efficiently and appropriately.
4. (Optional) Develop and improve work processes by utilizing digital technology to support raw material purchasing functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Business Management, Marketing), Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in computer and digital skills (Advanced Excel, Visual Basic, Microsoft Power Platform, and programming languages such as Python).
• Knowledge of algorithms related to Optimization or AI is an advantage.
• Eager to learn new things, self-motivated, and willing to learn various computer programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, careful, and attentive to details.
• Highly responsible, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change (especially under pressure).
• Team player who respects others, including supervisors, subordinates, and related departments.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
