The job requires excellent strategic thinking, project management skills, marketing and communication skills, plus the ability to consistently produce high quality work within timescales and budgets. Good verbal and written communication ability in English is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify appropriate media partners and associations and negotiate barter deals to maximize event exposure
- Ensure show websites are fully up to date with latest information
- Coordinate design and production of all marketing collateral, including sales brochures, conference brochures, visitor tickets, print advertisements, etc.
- Use social media platforms to create new marketing channels
- Provide any other reporting information as required by the Project Manager, Marketing Manager and Head of Department
- Perform any other duties as commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility
