Responsibilities
  • Plan, supervise, and execute construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance projects for both interior and exterior structures.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with engineering standards and safety regulations.
  • Identify and resolve on-site technical issues efficiently.
  • Oversee contractors' performance, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
  • Monitor and report project progress against approved plans and budgets.
  • Manage and control material usage, ensuring cost-effective procurement and allocation.
  • Conduct team meetings to assign tasks and track progress on maintenance operations.
  • Develop workforce planning and scheduling strategies for maintenance staff.
  • Establish and manage budgets for maintenance and construction projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Analyze and mitigate potential risks to prevent recurring issues.
  • Evaluate the structural integrity of equipment and facilities to ensure operational readiness.
  • Approve contractor agreements, material purchases, and hiring decisions related to maintenance.
  • Innovate and implement process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and professional development to the maintenance team.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional engineering license (e.g., กว.) is required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, or renovation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
    • Conversational English proficiency.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D) is a plus.
        • Ability to develop and upskill team members for operational efficiency.
          • Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting building-related issues.
            • In-depth understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
              • Expertise in construction, renovation, and building system maintenance.
                • Strong budget management and cost control skills.
                  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in a maintenance-related function.
