International Sales Coordinator

• Handle international product registration processes according to regulatory requirements in CLMV, PIM, and Middle Eastern countries
• Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and local partners/distributors to ensure product approval
• Prepare regulatory dossiers including SDS, COA, technical data sheets, and other supporting documents
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes in responsible markets

• Prepare and manage international shipping documents: Commercial Invoice/Packing List/Certificate of Origin/Bill of Lading / Air Waybill / SDS, COA, MSDS / Import-Export Permits (if any)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and related government offices
• Track shipments and communicate with overseas partners to ensure timely delivery

3. International Sales Coordination:

• Support the sales team with communication and follow-up with customers, agents, and distributors in assigned regions
• Provide after-sales support regarding product documents, complaints, and requests
• Coordinate with internal departments (Production, QA, R&D) to gather technical and regulatory data

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Logistics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields

• 2–4 years of experience in International Sales Support, Export/Import, or Regulatory Affairs for chemical or FMCG products
• Experience working with CLMV, PIM, or Middle Eastern clients is a strong advantage

• Knowledge of chemical regulatory requirements (e.g., GHS, SDS, REACH, ASEAN Guidelines)
• Able to travel abroad
• Familiarity with export compliance and documentation process
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Able to communicate effectively with foreign partners and regulatory bodies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong command of English (spoken & written); other Asian languages or Arabic is a plus
